Our primary focus is preparing students for successful careers as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) through comprehensive classroom instruction, hands-on skills training, and supervised clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility.
Our training model is designed to ensure students develop strong foundational skills before entering any external clinical environment. Students first complete structured, lab-based clinical training in a controlled classroom setting, followed by supervised clinical experience in a healthcare facility under the direct guidance of a qualified instructor.

About Our Founder
Shawntell World MSN, APRN
With over 25 years of nursing experience, the founder of Premier Healthcare Training began her career in 2000 and spent 14 years at Bay Medical Center in both clinical practice and nursing education leadership. Nearly a decade of her work focused on workforce development, including CNA training, IV certification for LPNs, and the creation of a year-long Graduate Nurse Residency Program for newly licensed RNs. She led the transition of Patient Support Associates into Certified Nursing Assistants through structured exam-challenge preparation, achieving
over a 95% pass rate. With over 12 years as a Nurse Practitioner in long term care, she brings deep bedside experience and a strong commitment to education that improves patient outcomes.
